Labor Law Posters in Missouri
Keeping your workplace compliant with Missouri labor law posting requirements is an important obligation, and even a small compliance gap can result in costly fines. Poster Compliance Center provides a comprehensive solution to simplify compliance management and help eliminate the uncertainty associated with labor law posting.
Technical Specifications and Formats
We provide convenient labor law poster solutions to meet the needs of a wide range of workplaces:
- Two formats: Separate State and Federal Posters are 18 inches by 24 inches. The All-in-one Posters, which combine State and Federal notices in one format, are 18 inches by 48 inches.
- English and Spanish languages: Posters are available in both English and Spanish to help ensure important workplace information is accessible to your workforce. If 10% or more of your workforce speaks Spanish, we recommend Spanish posters, which may differ in size and content when compared to English posters.
- Materials: We use tear-resistant waterproof materials and commercial printing methods, as well as professional, full-color design. These choices ensure you receive quality posters that hold up to being hung in your workplace.
- Compliance checking: Your poster is sent to you fully compliant, but unless you have a Compliance Plan, you will need to monitor for updates so you can replace your posters as they become outdated. We make it simple — just use the Poster Code Checker and the SKU or QR code on each poster to verify ongoing compliance.

Minimum Wage
Effective January 1, 2026, the minimum wage in Missouri will rise to $15.00/hour for non-tipped workers and $7.50/hour for tipped workers.
This notice is available in English and Spanish.
Minimum Wage
The Minimum Wage notice now states that the minimum wage will be based on the provisions set forth by HB 567 (2025), rather than Proposition A. It no longer specifies that the minimum wage is only in effect for private employers and that it does not apply to public ones. This updated notice is available in English and Spanish.
The Earned Sick Time notice has also been removed from the Missouri posters to reflect the fact that Earned Sick Time has been repealed.
Earned Paid Sick Time
A new notice has been released explaining Missouri's new paid sick time program. Effective May 1, 2025, Missouri employees will accrue Earned Paid Sick Time at the rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked. Employers with 15 or more employees shall provide up to 56 hours of Earned Paid Sick Time per year, while employers with fewer than 15 employees shall provide up to 40 hours. All businesses are required to pay Earned Paid Sick Time, except retail and service businesses whose annual gross sales are less than $500,000.
The notice is available in English and Spanish.
