Paid Family Leave & Time Off to Vote & Universal Wage Law
The maximum weekly Paid Family Leave benefit amount has been raised to $1,190.
The Time Off to Vote Notice has been updated with 2026 General Election dates. A second Time Off to Vote notice has also been released, which includes information about the 2026 Primary Election. Employees have a right to time off to vote in both of these elections.
The Universal Wage Law notice has been updated to include the tipped minimum wage.
Protecting Pregnant Workers Act (Spanish only)
The notice now specifies that the "private (non-bathroom) space" accommodation mentioned in the notice is for expressing breast/chest milk.
