Georgia-Specific Labor Law Posters
In addition to the federal labor law posters listed above, Georgia employers are also required to post the following mandatory state labor law posters. They must be displayed in a conspicuous and accessible place. Businesses that fail to post these notifications may be subject to penalties or fines.
- *Georgia Equal Pay for Equal Work Act Poster: The purpose of this poster is to explain that Georgia law prohibits employers from paying different wages to employees because of their sex.
- *Georgia Unemployment Insurance for Employees Poster: This poster explains how employees can qualify for unemployment insurance and how they can file a claim with the Georgia Department of Labor.
- *Georgia Vacation Unemployment Insurance Poster: This poster explains that unemployment insurance is not payable when employees are on paid or unpaid vacation.
