Paid Time Off (December 2022)
Effective January 1, 2023, the weekly cap for wage replacement will increase to $1,427. The premium rate for Paid Family and Medical Leave will increase to 0.8% of an employee’s wage. Employees must pay around 73% of the total and employers that have 50 or more employees must pay the remaining amount. Publication date of 12/2022. The notice is available in English and Spanish.
