We have upgraded our renewal process.
Moving forward your renewals will be processed through our customer portal — My Compliance Center. The new portal will allow you to renew orders across all your locations, download your certificates of compliance, review your shipping locations and view your past orders and unpaid invoices in one spot! 90 days before your renewal date we will send you an email with your personal invitation code. Your existing log in will not work on the portal. You will need to have an invitation code to create a new log in.
Getting Started on My Compliance Center
To renew your compliance plan please follow these steps
- Navigate to our new customer portal by clicking here
- Create a log in by redeeming your invitation code.
- Update your company profile
- Access the Dashboard Tab to review your plans up for renewal
- Select plans to approve and generate your invoice
- Once the invoice is generated you will receive an email with a link to pay on a secured site.
- Once paid your plan will be renewed
