New Hampshire Updates 3 Posters; No New NH Labor Law Poster Required

New Hampshire has updated three of its mandatory labor law posters–Minimum Wage Law, Right to Know, and Protective Legislation Law–to reflect changes in agency officials. New Hampshire Updates Whistleblowers' Protection Poster; New NH Labor Law Poster Required

New Hampshire’s Department of Labor has updated its mandatory Whistleblowers’ Protection Act poster with a new revision date of 8/12. The updated poster states that employees “may request” a hearing with the New Hampshire Department of Labor instead of stating a hearing “would be available” after exhausting the grievance procedure.
