Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)

This notice covers requirements of the FFCRA, which state that certain employers must provide their employees with paid sick leave, or expanded family and medical leave, for specific reasons related to the Coronavirus pandemic. This notice will apply from April 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020.

This notice from the Department of Labor is mandatory and must be posted physically in a common area or distributed electronically to all employees.
