Technical Specifications and Formats
Our poster solutions are available in configurations designed for different workplace posting needs:
- Separate State and Federal Posters: This option provides individual state and federal posters. Each poster measures 18 inches wide by 24 inches high.
- All-in-one Posters: Employers who prefer a single posting can select the All-in-one format, which combines Mississippi and federal notices on one 18-inch by 48-inch poster. Spanish versions may have different dimensions.
- Language editions: English and Spanish posters are available, but Spanish versions may include fewer notices due to translation availability. If 10% or more of your workforce is Spanish-speaking, Spanish posters are recommended.
- Professional print materials: Posters feature full-color designs that support clear reading and are printed on waterproof, tear-resistant stock for dependable workplace display.
