California’s Updated Minimum Wage Poster Is Here!

The minimum wage in California is going up! The new poster includes wages for 2017 and 2018, for both large and small employers.

Minimum Wage Rates for Large Employers

For employers with 26 or more employees, the minimum wage will increase to $10.50 per hour on January 1, 2017, and to $11.00 per hour on January 1, 2018.

Minimum Wage Rates for Small Employers

For employers with 25 or fewer employees, there will be a one-year delay in the minimum wage increase. The minimum wage will remain at $10.00 per hour for 2017, and increase to $10.50 per hour on January 1, 2018.
