Posting Requirements

As we informed customers last year around this time, in addition to the mandatory city, state, and federal labor law posters, employers in the City of Chicago are also required to post the Cook County, Illinois labor law poster.

Our combination Chicago and Cook County poster is the perfect solution because it includes all the required city and county notices employers must post in their workplaces:

  • For Chicago: Minimum Wage and Paid Sick Leave notices
  • For Cook County: Minimum Wage and Earned Sick Leave notices

Employers in Cook County whose businesses are located outside of Chicago are required to post the notices we provide on our  separate Cook County, Illinois  labor law poster (Minimum Wage and Earned Sick Leave).

If you are unsure about which posters you need, please contact us at (800) 322-3636. One of our compliance experts will be happy to help you find the best solution for your business.
