The Best Way to Stay in Compliance
To make posting requirements easy for Chicago employers, who are required to post the City of Chicago and the Cook County workplace notices, we have created a combined Chicago IL/Cook County IL labor law poster.
However, employers in Cook County whose businesses are located outside of Chicago are required to post the notices we provide on our separate Cook County IL labor law poster.
If you are unsure about which poster you need, please contact one of our compliance experts at (800) 322-3636, and we”™ll help you determine the best solution for your business.
If you order our City/County Poster 1-Year Plan, you will automatically receive the updated Cook County IL poster as soon as it becomes available. And because we offer free poster updates for mandatory changes—no matter how many occur during the year—you can always count on Poster Compliance Center to keep you in compliance!
